Mayweather and Top Rank

No one who has seen this video or read the transcripts from it should ever accuse Mayweather of ducking any Top Rank fighter again. If the actual circumstances don't speak for themselves, then this is a totally implied admission from Bob Arum that any fighter promoted by Top Rank will not be allowed to fight Floyd Mayweather. If you can't see that you are purposefully wearing blinders.
