Yup. At least that's what it says. Knowing Japan there will be an hour pre-show etc. I can't say for certain it depends on the TV slot they have.

I remember last year when I saw Ioka/Yaegashi, it didnt' start till 7-ish
But that was the main, got 2 good undercard fights here

Yeah, New Years shows are a completely different animal. New Years is a big deal in Japan and events will get more TV time. Sengoku (The defunct MMA promotion) did an 18 hour program.
