Mares v Mikey is a bad, bad match up for Mares. Garcia's too big and too strong, he is a natural FW, built for the division. Mares is moving up and has done well against guys hwo are solid but themselves not big at the weight, Mikey is the opposite, plus he is very skilled and hits hard.

I like Mares and there are good fights out there for him but I think he'd get battered by Mikey and stopped late.

I actually agree here. Mikey is way to big for him, it just shows how good Mares really is having to keep going up to find the fights he wants.

I want to see Mikey vs Gamboa and Rocky first to be honest.
