That's a good offer but since this was the first offer am expecting his team to turn it down for a second offer which would probably be more.

will they get more? like you said, 300k is a lot of money for a guy who is usually on lesser networks. it may just be posture. later on they'll expect leniency somewhere else, with glove brand, ring size, etc.
So would that explain the 55k offer that Rosado received for the Quillin fight? It reminds me of Mayweather/Alexander, fans complain about it and then we get a fight that's easier to digest (Floyd/Ghost). However, it seems like K2 gave their highest offer first instead of trying to lowball Stevens. 300k, HBO main event slot and a title shot against a hyped fighter that you didn't even earn? Seems like a no-brainer. I wonder if Mora received the same offer.

Curtis is re-tweeting his fans that are arguing that he should get paid more because Andre Berto made 900K when he fought Freddy Hernandez..

I think if Stevens holds out enough he can get a million. He probably will need another highlight reel KO but there is steam building behind Stevens vs. GGG.

Those fans are probably his family members pretending to be "fans" to be honest even that $300K offer shouldn't have been K2 first offer, they should have offered around $150K-200K. Then follow it up if that was rejected.

Very good offer for Stevens. His team may have some bargaining power though seeing as Golovkin is struggling for options.

Not bad, to be honest I doubt Duva would actually put him in with GGG at the moment, they are basically doing what GGG team has been doing, fight one or two fights and then use someone else name to hype their fighter, the difference here is Team GGG are willing to call Team Stevens bluff.
