I was reading about urine effectiveness and how it helps certain athletes work out better, become stronger, have more stamina, and more energy for sparring. Among boxers.. the most famous recent user of this tactic is
Juan Manuel Marquez. Numerous boxers during the 60's and 70's also used these tactics.. Among athletes in other sports.. it is most common among players from the La Liga and Bundesliga.
I have decided to adopt a 7 day urine intake plan(5 times a day) and will monitor my progress in regards to my stamina and strength. I started this morning:
(Prior to Urine drinking on a regular basis-5 times a day)
Run Time:
Able to jog for 27 minutes without feeling tired or stopping.
Sparring:
Able to spar for 5 minutes straight without a break.
Push Ups:
Able to do 48 normal push ups.
Jump Rope Speed:
2.5
Swim Time:
Able to do 1 lap around Olympic Size pool without stopping.

Day 1:
Run Time:
Able to jog for 24 minutes without feeling tired or stopping.
Sparring:
Able to spar for 3 minutes straight without a break.
Push Ups:
Able to do 46 normal push ups.
Jump Rope Speed:
2.5
Swim Time:
Able to do 0.5 lap around Olympic Size pool without stopping.
So after the 1st day of drinking urine (5 times a day) I actually REGRESSED in all my physical activities. I feel sick and weak the next day and towards the end of the swim test.. I barely made it out the pool alive and needed assistance from my friend.
That being said.. it is only the 1st day and maybe I'm not used to drinking Urine. So I will continue this and see it through to the end.
