Well, officially it's 2-1-1, but it's well documented that the first fight should have been a decision win for Pacquaio, as one of the judges did not know you could score a round 6-10 and made a mistake and scored it 7-10 (Pacquaio knocked Marquez down x3 in 1st round). The other 2 judges scored it 6-10 correctly, however the decision couldn't be overturned once it was called a draw.

So, in essence it is technically 3-0-1 to Pacquaio, as a judge making a ****** mistake like that should not cost a fighter a victory because he lacks the knowledge on how to score knockdowns correctly.
