I don't think Shane is past his prime.

He still has the speed and stamina but he lacks one thing the hunger.

He could easily put on a show with his fists and handspeed but it seems he just does not try at all anymore.

I hope vargas does bring it to shane,we will see if he still has it.

well i agree he's not at his best now.. but i think that more has to do with the weight class then his prime

from what ive noticed, a ton of fighters for some unknown reason hate mosley. i dont know why but ive definitely noticed that.

mosley will dominate vargas i think. el feroz has age on his size so maybe he can pull it off, but it would be a major upset. mosley even now has too much skill for any vargas ive ever seen.

Shane was lightining in a bottle at 135. I wished he would've stayed around or went to 140 instead of jumping straight to 147 but he did make some nice fights. But at the lower weights he was a killer. His handspeed, footspeed, plus dynamite chin could have made him one of the greats had he gradually came up in weight.

I guess I'm just a fan of seeing fighters stay at their respective weights instead of jumping up for the hell of it. (FLOYD) Not even fighting the top guys but still coming up in weight.
