Read the thread I just created. And actually - I barely posted in this part of the forum before the fight, so I wouldn't know. And no, some of them don't really know boxing - they are just biased Mexican fans. And why call me ****face? Was it necessary? Seriously, you guys need to lighten up on this place. Maybe if you took a break from insulting each other, you could learn some stuff.

Saying that Pac lost the first bc he was unfocused is also an excuse. Saying that he didnt KO JMM because of his socks was also an excuse. Please.... you gies were the king of excuses b4 the Pac/EM II fight. Hypocrites! :bukkake:

I mean you do understand Erik Morales is just his last fight before Pac was shut out and embarresed by Zahir Raheem right? Or did all of you guys miss this fight? He is CLEARLY not the same fighter and anyone who tries to tell you different is just full of it. Thats not an excuse thats a fact.

Raheem beat Morales because Raheem did not suffer the size disadvantage that previous Morales opponents faced, and he was just the better boxer. Some hardcore boxing fans were aware of Raheem's skills and that he could definitely beat a guy like Morales at 135. Morales had never put it on the line vs a slick boxer like that before, and we saw that he could not adapt. He lost almost every round.

But, he was supposed to beat Pac. Styles make fights after all. I said Pac would win due to some new advantages (more focus, newfound experience, lack of management hassle) and he did.

Morales is past his prime, but he is not washed up, and frankly, Pac would have never lost the 1st fight with him if had been as prepared and unhindered as he was for the rematch.

And by the way, you can kiss it with all your generalizations about Pac fans. I have nothing but respect for Morales.

In boxing there are justifications for why a person performed the way they did, but not for the reason they lost. But anytime you say "he would have won if" or "the reason why he lost is", that is an excuse. Cuts are part of boxing, family issues are part of life, if you let trials or obstacles obscure your goals, that exemplifies that the personal strength that one posseses is inadequate. Many of you gies last year were saying "Manny lost bc......" and numerous excuses were made, even some that Pacman never even said. Don't be hypocrites both are great fighters that have lost once to eachother.

I agree, but you have to expect reasons to come forth. When pacman lost to EM they blamed it on "FOCUS", the JMM fight was "Socks" or "shoes", the 2 KO losses was "he was young and weighdrained". Fans will always try to justify a loss. Pinoys did it, and I think something that we must admit is that Morales is not what Morales use to be. The point is though that Pacman was the better man on that particular night, they have one loss to eachother, and they are both great fighters.

Exactly! Fans on both sides of the 'fence' made excuses, or explainations for their guys loss. Some are true, some are silly. Thats the way it's always been and always will be. If pac fans can come up with all these reasons..some so silly it's laughable I might add, then Morales fans can do the same. Why not? Most of us are not trying to take away from pac's accomplishment, but all of us have a serious problem with morales being disrespected and called names when he's always been an ultimate warrior.

Morales just got done saying after he got ripped a new one by PAC, that he could not make weight at 130lbs. and after that he said that 135lbs. was too heavy for him... **** he's dumber than I thought!
