And let him fight. What's the point of drug testing if you let the cheater fight?

He was able to fight because USADA does not have the authority to prevent the fight. Anyway the purpose of the additional testing is so that the fighter has a better chance of knowing what they're getting into. USADA didn't stop the fight but if Garcia wanted too he could have pulled out of the fight and cited Morales doping as a breach of contract.

It seems like the trend in boxing is whenever a fighter is a threat to their son the trainer/father automatically screams PEDS.
