I've got a lot of respect for cleverly for pushing warren to make this fight, I think he must have threatened to leave him if he didn't get fights that would push him. I was very impressed with the performance against Murat, but think he got lucky with bellew, who I think is a level or two below being world class. I think Kovalev will have too much, he is a good boxer, who also has devastating power, I don't think cleverly has got the power to keep him at bay for 12 rounds, similar to the fight with bellew. Except Kovalev has a better chin and hits much harder

Best chance Nathan has for sure. However, at this point, we don't know for sure that Kovalev is a fader, it's just something his opponents have to hope is the case.

Kovalev is an extremely well conditioned athlete, he may have more gas in the tank than Cleverly.

It's gotta be Murat. It was a much better performance than Bellew, at the same level or so. Murat fights kinda like Abraham with less power, it was easy work for Cleverly. That Frenchman gave him all kinds of issues next, mostly late.

Although Kovalev is actually going to be fighting someone that punches back this time.
I think this fight will come down to how well he takes Kovalev's shots early, because it is going to happen. If he can weather the early storm, and then fires back, he could make it interesting as when Kovalev is in attack mode he leaves himself open.

"I made a mistake, i could have out boxed him for 12 rounds but i wanted to show my heart and toughness. This is Boxing one punch can change a fight BLAH BLAH BLAH....., I'll come back stronger from this defeat, it will make me a better fighter BLAH BLAH"

Is what Cleverly will say after he gets Brutally knocked out by the Russian next Saturday.
