Of course. This is a classic case of confirmation bias. This refers to when a person eagerly accepts a claim that supports their position while dismissing any evidence that goes against their position. Marquez can pass all tests, be on OST (24, 365) and you will still get people saying that he is juicing. Yet lets say, Marquez begins to lose his hair, people who think he is on PEDs will say its because he is juicing, when the more likely explanation is he is losing his hair due to aging. Of course, people who are adament that Marquez is clean will accept every clean test but if he fails one test they are likely to dismiss it or say it is a comspiracy, false positive, or something else.Comment

I just find it funny the exact same people claiming JMM is juicing were the same ones saying Manny didn't ever have to take OST'S of any kind and LET THE COMMISSION DO THEIR JOBS.Comment

I really like the idea of NSAC handling the extra random testing. You don't have to worry about USADA/VADA not handing over the results to commission and you don't have to worry about USADA vs VADA pissing contests. As long as they use a WADA accredited lab and follow the WADA protocol, it's all good. And once again, Pacquiao is proven right. Just let the commission do their job.
The only advantage to VADA is that we know for sure carbon isotope ratio testing is used on every sample. I found some quotes from the executive director of the Sports Medicine Research and Testing Lab (the lab for Marquez-Bradley) that shows his support for using CIR in every sample though.

Does any one feel like USADA is kind of scared of being double checked by another agency? The whole, "we dont test when other agencies test because it might cause confusion" just doesn't wash.Comment

he thought jmm would not agree to anything. he could never give any legit reason why WADA protocol should not be used...just errr umm i ii want to use vada.
he made jmm look bad even though his signature has been on the contract this whole time!!!! tim is on the decline as it is, and he was fat. nothing but controversy and whining around this dudes fights
