How is it resolved when Marquez hasn't even started testing and they are not using Vada but Bradley is alone?

You hate Bradley for the whole robbery thing? WHAT?? I dislike Bradley because hes always rushing in headfirst when he fights. That so called robbery has nothing to do with Bradley, he went in there did his job and came out with a win. I see far worse decisions in boxing every week.

As for Arum, he's up to his old tricks again. Mr Bob Arum is the epitome of every single cliche attached to boxing promoters.

But remember Arum had no problems with VADA testing for Rigo vs Donaire, and Pacquiao vs Rios, so it's more than Arum simply not wanting his fights falling through. He's protecting JMM because JMM doesn't want to do it, so it appears.

He had no problems when both guys are onboard with VADA. Here they're not. Why would he push hard on Marquez, so that he can step away, no fight. So he's looking for some middle ground. This should be the commission's responsibility anyway, that's how it is in normal sports, except their regulators are way more strict. I mean look at the alternative: you contract an agency, and the best case scenario (for the sport, worst for promoter) is they forward the failed test to that very same commission.

That is the question. If your a clean fighter there should be no problems taking the test, especially somebody like Marquez he knows the **** storm that came down on Manny for refusing to take the test that Floyd wanted, that question mark will always follow his career and legacy, now Marquez is acting like he's scared of VADA your legacy will always have the same question mark.
And this comes from a die hard Marquez fan.

Yeah, but the difference here is that Bradley is claiming its in the contract for both guys to take extra testing. Now obviously none of us have seen the actual contracts, but it's hard for me to imagine a scenario where Bradley would blatantly lie about it.

If what Bradley is saying is true, then it could be viewed as breach of contract and Bradley would have legal grounds to pull out of the fight if he chooses.

it seems more fighters are allergic to VADA testing after Berto and Peterson were caught by this agency....Its very surprising that most of them prefer USADA when this agency has been involved in a lot of controversy.....
such as....
1. covering up the 3x positive result of ped by Floyd as reported by a well
respected/renowned sports personality in Hauser.
2. throwing positive ped samples of Winky Wright.
3. promoter(Golden boy) able to dictate/manipulate internal affairs of the
testing agency.
4. Danny Garcia was forced to fight Morales after the latter was caught of
a ban substance.USADA said, "No problem" the fight should proceed....
5. Golden boy and Floyd were seen playing golf with top executive of the
agency.
6. Golden boy himself was a recipient of covering up his positive test result.

Malinaggi said i want VADA and Broner replied, no fight if it isn't USADA. Malinaggi also complained regarding the delay in testing for Broner....

same scenario experiencing by Bradley against Marquez.....
Malinaggi and Bradley are on the same page while Marquez and Broner are on the opposite side...Guys, which group is acting strange or hiding something????...Just let me know....

i don't think arum is really against vada as seen by rigo vs donaire pac vs rios.........only when one of his fighters put up a fight to NOT be tested is when arum will role out the dirtiness. in a way this is all marquez fault because marquez is the one thats fighting to not be tested.............

There is the proof for you where in the hell did you and anybody else get the information that Juan Manuel Marquez don't want to do any tests.....can any of you bring a Video, link or any oter information on Marquez avoiding the test, refutting this Video?.

USADA is the way to go. VADA would have my confidence, but they leak your test results, and that can't happen. Cards couldn't be saved with replacements because of their terrible judgement, and money was lost, and Conte is/was an advisor for them. They may even be guilty of tainting results. That's far fetched, but that is my thinking. NSAC is a start. I could ride with that for now.

arum & others have said that usada will actually test marquez in mexico (a deal can be worked out) but marquez dropped usada........he went from "i will do any blood test with ANYONE" to "i only want usada" to ignoring both usada and vada........now he doesn't want ether. you can't force someone to do something that they don't want to do...........
