Curtis Steven's trainer: "If I trained Golovkin he would be a better fighter!"

    Bullet points.

#Says he wants to build towards a GGG fight. But would take the fight for the right money

#He says he never heard of Abel before GGG

#Wants Curtis to pressure GGG if they fight. Says that's the way to beat him. GGG struggles fighting backwards.

#Wants to amp up the cardio if GGG fight gets done.

#The first time he catches GGG clean its over

-Take on better opposition. Doesn't have to be world beaters... but Saul Roman?
IMO, fight Ishida. GGG was the only guy to KO him... and since Curtis thinks that anybody can go and KO him, then go ahead and try.
Or Gabe Rosado... he thinks it's easy to beat him too.
-And everybody knows who him and Stevens are
-Even if he does that, he can't keep it up for long. He'll tire out after the first few rounds.
-Work on his stamina... good for him.
    -Probably, same goes for him

Surprised that he didn't know about Terry Norris being trained by Abel.

LOL, I would love to see Curtis Stevens go right at Golovkin. These people are talking a good game, definitely.

This guy trained stevens since he was like 5 years old and he went on to lose to jessie Brinkley, so yeah.

I didn't care for it before, but I want to now that they're talking all this gunk.
I still prefer December or Geale/Barker first

When I watched it again.. I thought it was amazing how he survived the early rounds... and the crowd just carried him. They were explosive... especially when he knocked down Stevens.
Gave a hell of an effort in the last round too

The excuses for that fight are vague. Something about not training right. But how did he allow Curtis to train wrong?

Like trainer like fighter with the KO predictions. They would be better off saying that if the KO comes it comes.

Why put pressure on Stevens by saying that he'll KO GGG the first time he lands?

Abel actually crafted the PERFECT Pro style for GGG's physique, his punching power, his chin and his body type. I don't think you could come up with a better style for him than the one he has now.
