Probably Miranda because of his reach.

      miranda via knockout.

i think miranda hits harder, but stevens throws short punches you might not see.

Ah yes, Miranda, one of the most idiotically overrated fighters of all time on this site.

He probably still would have beaten Stevens.

I think Curtis would have had a good shot. Edison not a hard guy to hit.

            Neither is Stevens.

You know, not a fantasy match-up I ever thought of, but I think it would have been a bomb barrage. Think Pantera would have won by TKO in the beginning of the championship rounds.

Miranda was a very different fighter at 160, very fast puncher with 1 punch KO power, he had trouble making the weight though. Once he moved up to SMW, like most MW's before him (Abraham, Green, etc.) he lost most of that 1 punch KO power and speed.

160 Miranda is no joke, he could beat most guys in the division today including Stevenson.

He handily beat AA but was robbed by unwarranted point deductions and a time out for AA who's jaw was broken by a legal punch. After the Pavlik beating he was pretty much done but before that he would have had a great shot at beating Taylor for the MW title.

We've had this discussion before in NSB. You know where I stand.

stevens would bomb him out in three rounds.

not only is stevens the better fighter but miranda is tailor made for him. curtis takes a better punch, is tougher, smarter, more skilled and faster. miranda probably hits harder but he is a sucker for stevens' favorite punch, catching a looping right hand on his gloves and countering with a short left hook.
