That's what I'm thinking and I'm just glad I'm not the only one who can see this. Why turn down all that money when it's against a fighter that gave him 3 chances at redemption and whom he just knocked out cold?

Marquez needs to google the definition of lucky

      luck·y
      /ˈləkē/
      Adjective
Having, bringing, or resulting from good luck: "a lucky escape". Ex. Marquez vs Pacquiao IV

because that fighter did the same thing to JMM-he used his leverage to get the ideal situations in the rematches.

Also, lets not forget, manny is quoted as saying he "had nothing more to prove" with JMM when JMM wanted the 4th fight but manny and his team were negotiating the cotto cw rematch.

Is it wrong for JMM to use his leverag to get the best deal possible?

You are making it sound like Manny is some sort of honorable warrior that allowed his foe multiple chances at 'redemption.' Sorry but this is not the case. TR set up those fights because they sold well.

TR was not deep at welter around the time of the 3rd fight (Manny wasn't going to fight Mike Jones or something) and JMM was the most lucrative opponent so let's call it how it is.

Sometimes it stings when our favorite fighter loses but its nothing to be ashamed about. Falsely believing luck was involved or that JMM is afraid IS.

It's clear to see JMM timed that punch perfectly, i don't know how anyone can possibly say that was lucky.

Pacquiao was on top of the sport, he had much bigger fish to fry than beating a guy who he kept beating. Frankly after the second fight(imo Pac's most clear victory over JMM) there was no more need for rematches yet ungrateful coward JMM got two more. Every fight was close and hard fought untill the final one where he manages to knock Pacquiao out cold, for the first time in 40+ rounds of fighting. And then instead of returning the favor to let Pac redeem himself he runs away with the fluke and shows that Pac's luck talk isn't that far fetched after all.

The circumstances made it lucky, not the punch itself. He was starting to gas, getting knocked down and beaten badly with a busted nose, on top of that Pac was foolish enough to over-commit in literally the final seconds of the round, so he got the KO at the very end of the round right when he needed it the most.

Pac never said the PUNCH was lucky. It's clear what he meant but of cource genius NSB wouldn't understand.

Among the unofficial scorers above, 57 scored the bout for Marquez, 51 scored the bout for Pacquiao, and the remaining 36 scored the bout a draw.

Out of all scores, barley 3 had the fight 118-110 in ANY fighters favor, which shows you're a complete moron who can't score for ****, congratulations.

                  Total Punches Pacquiao Marquez

CompuBox statistics showed that, in terms of overall landed punches, Pacquiao out-landed Marquez in nine rounds. Marquez out-landed Pacquiao in one (Round 8). They landed an equal number in two (Rounds 3 & 9). In terms of power punches landed, according to CompuBox statistics, Pacquiao out-landed Marquez in eight of the rounds.

Lastly, don't bother replying if you're going to critic Compubox, because yes sometimes it sucks (as does everything), but that's generally vs SLICK boxers or movers, which Marquez has never been, and never will be.

No, Pacquaio would have won the round but lost a point from the knockdown... getting knocked down doesn't make you lose the round. Also, Pacquaio would have still been ahead on points.

Boxing is all about circumstances and mistakes, every fighter that has ever been KO'd can make up BS excuses about being unlucky.
