Why is that?

because they refuse to credit him the way he deserves to be credited, at all costs. they are too angered to ever humble down and just give the guy respect, they can't manage to separate their own personal dislike of his actions from his skills and basically resort to the only thing they can resort to and I guess that's deny reality. come one man Floyd is cherry picking?
