He doesn't quit bcus he's too busy laying on his back.Maybe Because Alexander stinks the place out everytime he fights and gets hometown decisions against the top guys he's faced. Unless it burns of course, then he quits in front of his fans who paid their hard earned money to come and see him.
You can say what you want about Khan, he's a fans man. And he never ever quits.Comment

Might be in the minority but hope he does fix it. Think he's really talented and has a fighters mentalityComment

Hunter (or any trainer) won't help Khan if he's not dedicating himself to his career by moving close to the trainer. He only visits Hunter during fight camps and takes the rest of the year off. If he's not practising technique much more consistently he'll never improve because he'll forget too many things in-between camps and have to start all over again.Comment

Khan talks a great fight. His mouth writes cheques that he can't cash. This is just another example of him saying what he would LIKE to happen but the changes he wants take a lot of work and I doubt he is spending enough tme with Hunter to make them happen and even if he did making the changes he wants would be a tall order. We were told we would see a transformed Khan in the Molina and Diaz fights but he looked very much like the old Khan. From what I can see this is just more typical Khan BS propaganda that he will not be able to live up to.Comment

I hope he fixes it too, all personal opinions aside Khan is a great talent who has already been a top level 140 pound champion, his resume at the weight is tremendous, he fights the biggest names and he has a blistering attack when he's in top form. The problem is I think Hunter is getting too far inside his head and making him think too much. Khan is not that type of fighter. It's why I kept pointing to Enzo has a better next trainer, Enzo allows his fighters to keep their natural game and helps tweak the little things.Comment

Khan has looked caught between two styles since joining Hunter: He seems to be thinking too much in the ring at times at at others reverting to his old habits. I think it'll be very difficult for him to change his style sufficiently or improve his defense enough at this stage. His offence has suffered somewhat as a result also I feel as he seems a little tentative about throwing combos and sitting down on his shots. He is always exciting and it will be interesting to see the continued influence of HunterComment
