But you know it's more realistic for the Pacquiao - Mayweather fight to happen than Floyd get a knock down over Canelo, eh?
Now it's hard to put Canelo on the mat? lol These Floyd haters know no boundaries.

So Floyd will be the heavier fighter? Floyd's going to be the bigger man? Floyd's going to be the stronger man? Alright, I've heard it all lmao.

This is what happens when you make fights that boxing fans want to see rich, so keep on doing it.

Unless Canelo gets gassed in the 5th or 6th like his last fight.

The only way to top this off is with Mayweather finally losing. This is good and healthy for the sport of Boxing. Knock him down a peg or two and see which direction he goes with a L on his record.

Either he goes the Prince Naseem route and never fights again OR all of a sudden he becomes more open to bouts he wasn't open to before. More hunger to make up for the loss.

It's time for you Floyd fans to stop being selfish and look at the big picture. Your guy needs to lose.

You're funny. And what fights is Floyd Mayweather not open to outside of Manny Pacquaio? This is the riskiest fight he could have taken by far.

I agree, but he moves on far too quickly. I'd like to have him stuck in a feud with a fighter, that perhaps goes to Trilogy. And you know he wouldn't waste time on a Guerrero type fighter if he wasn't undefeated. After a loss, he would be so hungry to make up for it that he would clamor to add on to his resume with great names and fighters. He might would even jump to 160 and face Martinez or whoever is the Middleweight CHamp at that time (GGG maybe).

It's that 0 that keeps him reluctant. He fights not to lose, and not for the victory. And there is a difference. He needs to be Liberated from this pressure/fear of not being perfect. A second act if you will, at the twilight of his career.

We have gotten all the mileage that we can get out of a undefeated Mayweather. We've seen all the post-fight interviews after another win. Rinse & repeat. It's time to see him answer question from Max Kellerman after a devastating defeat and see the reaction.
