    UH-OH Eddie!

I feel so bad for Eddie Chambers thought he would have a good cruiser debut and instead he got schooled.
Mchumu looked great, very relaxed, showed good timing, power and great speed, he controlled the action and beat a veteran at his own game. If this guy keeps fighting everyone else in this division the way he fought tonight he could beat anybody. Eddie you made a big mistake you came down in weight because you were tired of fighting bigger guys and gave up your best advantage....speed UH-OH Eddie!

I had a feeling Eddie would lose but not like that.. I'm not shocked but I'm really surprised that he pretty much got his ass handed to him in a game of chess.

I knew about this South African because of his participation in a South African Cruiserweight tournament. He hadn't been my pick amongst the South Africans involved to win the thing but he did and I just had a feeling that Eddie would lose, but not in the fashion he did lose.

I'm not sure if Eddie can bounce back from this TBH. I hope he will but I'm not sure. Mchunu definitely launched himself into some discussions with this win.

Mchunu fought like a cruiserweight version of Rigondeaux.

He shut Chambers out completely, 10-0.

I think its because he dropped down. You cant drop down in boxing atleast drastically. Dropping from say 154-147 isnt as bad as 15-20 lbs. I feel he got use to the slower speed of heavyweights and couldnt adjust back down at cruiserweight.

No, it's because he faced someone far superior to him. Mchunu beats any version of Chambers. He couldn't lay a glove on him and got lit up when he tried, that's nothing to do with weight.

So the same can be said about Pac vs Oscar and Tarver vs Roy Jones? Both of these guys werent the same after dropping down and havimg to adjust speed.

Pac could have met Oscar at 150 or 154 and still have been much faster than him, he just has faster hands. This is the case no matter what weight Pacquiao meets his opponents.

Mchunu isn't Pacquiao, but he was a bad style match-up for Chambers who was outclassed.
