He has never been hit with a punch that is harder than he himself throws. It will be kill or be killed with Stevens and he would go in with bombs away. No one knows if GGG can handle a massive KO puncher and if the odds are hugely against Stevens, Stevens would be a good bet.

So Stevenson goes from losing to the likes of Brinkley, stopping a journeyman career 154lber like Roman to easily stopping GGG.....ok.

Curtis does have one punch KO ability. I would love to see him against Golovkin. I would imagine Golovkin would be able to take whatever Curtis can dish out. There are alot of interesting fights at MW... You would think the MWs would face each other rather than focusing on one particular WW..

Good point, but You didn't put the rest of My comment.. You forgot to put that Stevens has already been KO'd once by Venezuelan Marcos Primera who at the time was 19-15-2-12KO's & Priimera who had been KO'd 4 times before facing Stevens & managed to stop Stevens in 8(out of 10)..

Guess you have never heard of Freddy Pendalton and Orlando Salido. Fighters get better and who said it would be easy? Stevens has the power to stop any middleweight. Whether he does it or not remains to be seen but if he connects flush on anyone, GGG included, it could be very interesting to see what happens.

Stevens is now coming into his own. He was inexperienced and has discipline and focus now, something he was lacking in the past. Guess you also have never heard of Freddy Pendalton, Orlando Salido, Mike Weaver, and others.

Stevens strikes me as a more David Lemieux level fighter. Both great punchers, but both full of holes. Both may even get a fight with a far more polished fighter and can win with their power. But both are the type if they do not get a win in the first 2-3 rounds, stick a fork in them.

I think they should be matched up to fight. Golovkin would have them both scared to death before the first round is over.
