this fight is taking forever to get finalized. I think Khan would win this fight by UD. Khan clearly does not deserve a shot @ Mayweather but I think that is going to be the next fight.

I don't think he wants to fight Khan to be honest, I think he might take the Bradley route and duck the fight if he gets a Mayweather shot. You don't want to be out of the Mayweather sweepstakes or Pacquiao's sweepstakes (In Bradley case for ducking). Khan still needs to build himself and fighting Brooks might help get a mandatory shot at Alexander.
