    The "Shot" Excuse....

Even before the fight with MAB and both Morales fights, I was already prepared for this excuse. It seems that many experts and fans have predictably gone to it. Could be true though. But the body shot was the one I saw take Morales' legs away. Does not make a difference. Pac is now Boxrec's #1 lb for lb fighter.

As far as the boxrec thing goes.. Boxrec is not very credible for anything except boxingrecords.
I have no clue what significance there is in being boxrec's pound for pound #1. They practically rank anyone who is on the list #1 after beating another p4p fighter.
    Great win by Pacquiao, though.

You're exactly right, but I think Manny has definitely staked his claim in the Top 3 Pound-for-Pound with this huge victory.

I heard boxrec's rankings are computer generated. If that is correct, it is less biased. However I don't agree where they put Floyd at. Though alot may dislike PBF, I think he is at another level than most boxers on the list. He should be #1 on all lists.
