Ya, howd he beef up, before he competed in the olympics I think 2 or 3 yrs later?

From the time I was 18, I was about 5'8 and fighting at 156, I'm currently 21 and almost 6' and fight at 178. I've fought as high as 193 a couple months ago. All of this is at no more then 10% b/f. Proper diet and weights are key.

So it's not hard to picture him packing on that amount of size in those 2-3 years.

I've got both.

The vid is more like a clip. It's roughly 3mins in length.

Kinda true, but no one with a normal brain can say Lewis could beat Tyson, if they were both at their prime!

True, but being a good fighter is being able to capitalize on your advantages.

He just had the sense and ability to maximize his potential by using these tools. Height, a good jab, and a huge right hand.

It also helped that he reigned in a weak era.
