        No difference except he's have less money and bob would have more. Margs would look so bad against him IMO

          I think I feel the same way as most of you hear. I think his legacy would be stronger as he would have still ended up fighting cotto, hatton, Marg, and even Manny of which I think he would have won those.

          I don't think he would have gotten a shot at De la hoya which was clearly his catapult to stardom.

          So overall stronger legacy (no ducking allegations) but a whole lot less money.

            I think Top Rank would be way ahead of GBP, I don't think GBP would have been able to transition away from Oscar as a fighter and maintain without a hiccup without Mayweather. That was always going to be a very difficult thing for GBP and that is why most fighters promotional fail but getting Floyd on board kept things running smooth and kept them involved in the top events thus able to attract new names/prospects while they built up their company.

              Great point. You can def argue that GB might not exist had Mayweather not made the moves he did. Who would have been proping them up until canelo came of age? Oscar would have had to fight longer I suppose.
