I can understand you might not like the way his voice sounds, but his ability to call a fight is much more necessary then what Maranelo does, which is just tell me what I am seeing but with some excitement.

I am thinking of starting a petition so we can get rid of this man, maybe get Gus back. Leave this fool with that MMA sport.

Gus? He was terrible. Gus also did MMA commentary and I recall him saying some negative things about Boxing when he was doing those Elite XC shows on CBS.

Give me Mauro over Gus any day of the week. Steve Albert was significantly better than both, though.
