    Juan Diaz vs. Erik Morales

This is a fight that Team Baby Bull should be lobbying for-it would be big money and its not like Morales will take his head off like Corrales or Castillo will.

It was a perfect fight before Pac and Raheem and it still is a perfect fight.

I think it is a u pickem what the **** do you folks think?

I like Diaz and would even want him to win since he's from Houston but I think Morales pretty much schools him and wins a wide unanimous decision.

I'd love for Diaz to get this match, it would be great to see a person from my gym, go on to fight a all timer like Morales.

Also, I wouldn't be totally shocked if Diaz beat Morales in this potential matchup. Diaz has a furious workrate, and stamina that is almost unmatched in today's game.

someone morales can take?, used to be everyone fell under that category, morales is damaged goods now, diaz would have a shot to win this one but he still probably wouldnt, diaz is only 22 and morales has been to hell and back id say he wins just on guts and experience.

i love diaz though, but most others here think he is only the second best diaz and are gonna jump in this thread and say he gets killed.

all that being said... this fight has a 2 percent chance of happening.

Juan Diaz...didn't he beat that Cambodian fighter (who recently defeated Ebo Elder)? I'm trying to remember this guy.

Edit : I remember now! Lakva Sim (Mongolian, not Cambodian)! Juan looked really good that night against Sim.

like I said bro, a fighta Morales can take. I don't think Morales will fight pac or Barrera anytime soon and Morales has hinted that 130lbs is not fo him. THIS CAN HAPPEN!

I really can't see Morales winning this fight. Diaz is too young, too strong, and too energetic. I think he wins a lop-sided decision. I really can't see Morales at this point ever being a champ again. He's too small for what his body has grown into. Making unnaturally low weights for the shot at under-sized contendors has taken its toll on "El Terrible".

If Erik wasn't shot before he defenitely is more shot now after Pac. Even a shot Erik still has a chin that would make him more than competitative for anyone else period. Im just afraid Erik would do damage to his brain if had any more wars. Erik is one of my all time favorites and I for one would not want to see him go out to get hurt. Like Arum said, if Erik goes out like this, let it be to someone the caliber of Pacman. I hated to see Erik in that condition, even if it was to my paisano. Erik should know what he can do after a long rest. If there is a chance he is shot, I would not give MAB the satisfaction of a forth. I liked MAB, but not after the fist fight with Pac and all the ducking, he showed that he is not the man Erik is in the ring.
