It's possible. He almost got the decision with one arm, he would have probably lasted 12 with both, and that's all he had to do to win this fight apparently.

FFS, Lyle Fitzimmons. No one with a brain and a lack of bias thinks Berto was even close to deserving the decision against Ortiz, nor do they think the Soto-Karass fight was anything close to even.

And you know why his eyes were injured against Guerrero? HE WAS GETTING PUNCHED IN THEM.

Devon and Tim should both be favored to completely dominate Broner right now.
Yeah that's real funny, because I'd favor both to crush Broner. Broner barely beat the ghost of Pauli M.

Berto couldn't beat the limited Ortiz, then lost to a featherweight and then lost to a gate keeper. He's moving down fast.

I enjoy watching him, he's not a top tier, but he's definitely always worth a watch, which is more than I can say for a lot of boxers.

My problem with Bert is his chin. Everytime he gets touched there, he gets hurt.

Stick a fork in him, he's well done.

Berto is just not a smart fighter. After he messed up his shoulder he just stood in front of Soto Karass and traded. How ****** is can you get? (One arm against two?) He should have started moving and using the the jab and just try to win each round on points. He had plenty time to figure this out because he hurt his shoulder in like the 3rd or 4th round.

Also doesn't say much for his corner, I think they should take some blame for his underachieving career as well.
