I mean he can make more $ fighting on, but he's just gonna keep losing to GBP's young hard hitting WW's. He's made more money than a fighter of his caliber EVER should have made. He just walk away. You can't beat JSK, you will never be elite. You lost to the gatekeeper, he's now the designated "opponent".
Why does Berto insist in using the shoulder roll?

Probably taken too many headshots, that or he is not focused at all in the ring. My uncle always told me, you fight the way you train. In this fight, it seems like he wanted to stop doing it and i actually heard Virgil Hunter in the corner telling him to stop as well but he just couldn't because of old bad habits. He must spar like that all the time and it transfers to the ring out of muscle memory. I remember how i first found it ridiculous when he fought Collazo a while back (a fight i didn't think he won by the way) and he was doing it then, and because of how much he got tagged and hurt, i just knew i wouldn't see it again. He literally have used it in all of his fights since. He just strikes me as someone who doesn't really have a brain for boxing and got where they are now, because of that natural talent they were born with, kind of like Jermaine Taylor and my boy Dawson. You can only go so far like that until it catches up with you.Comment

It's funny because it's supposed to be effective against the right hand, yet he just kept leaning back and allowing Soto-Karass's right hand to gain even more leverage and connect every time.Comment

i liked how he said UH UH and shook his head after getting hit flush in the face by a right hand that he was supposed to roll.Comment
