HGH does cause the head to grow. It was the drug of choice for some pretty famous steroid users at various times. However, I would think it would be easily detectable unless they didn't test for it like the NFL. Maybe the synthetic PEDs mimic the effect of HGH. The reason alot of athletes stay ahead of testing is using/changing to products that's unknown to the testing agencies. If someone didn't squeal Balco would still be in business today.

False. It CAN, but rarely does. GH is very mild and getting it to do much more than drop a couple percentage points in bodyfat is a huge struggle. It's effects are wildly overblown. Actual steroids are FAR more effective but none of them enlarge your bone structure.
