Who is the best combination puncher ?

Accuracy, timing and the effectiveness of the punches has to be taken into consideration.

My vote has to go to Juan Manuel Marquez, his picking of shots against Diaz (1&2) were beautiful to watch, even against Katsidis.

Canelo is good too.

Can't disagree about Marquez. It's hard to beat combination counter punching, especially when it's accurately placed more often than not.
