rios is a proven upper echelon fighter while broner hasnt really been impressive, no matter how hard his fans try to beg otherwise.

Broner would beat rios, im not sure how it would end but he would win. Broner would find rios too easily. Broner has a problem with pure boxers/movers. Rios also has the same problem because they both dont move their feet . Broner wins though .
