That was one punch and it was a perfect punch. The rest of the fight he didnt hurt Chaves at all and he was getting handled by a guy with one arm

floyd mayweather knocked out 'chaves' too. he was certainly a weaker puncher than pacman at super featherweight. it should be an exciting fight though for sure. maybe you would be right, but i dont think so.

like i said, i agree with you that the guy isn't invincible... i'll give you that... it's a fact... but you also should point that chavez isn't invincible either, and accept that pac has power and could very well be a problem to chavez... make it a two-sided affair, not jut one

The reason why I make it one sided is because most of the picks and arguments will come from the Pac side as you have noticed on this thread. Most of them said Pac would kill him. Therefore if you pick the underdog, then you have to state the reason why, so it may look one sided but your just trying to validate your pick. I also said that it could go either way.

Pac is scary, not so much because of his power but because he's a lefty. Thats what people fail to talk about. A punch always hurts more from a lefty because alot of times it is a blind punch and you dont see it coming, or you can see it and still not be able to get out of range of it like you can agiainst a righty.

Pac is a beast but he wouldnt be as dominant if he wasnt a lefty. The same for guys like Tarver and Zab. The straight left is devestating to guys and its more then just the pure power

He didnt knock him out, the corner made him quit. Also I dont know about that power thing. Floyd was mighty powerful at 130. He was a big guy there and it wasnt one punch from Floyd. It was the multitude of them and from the different angles with uppercuts and such.

Can Pac duplicate that? Yes but it wont be the same as if a very skilled boxer did it from different angles.

IMO being a lefty is a major advantage if your a BOXER... pac isn't, but slowly becoming one... IMO pac has natural power and should not be under estimated... chavez is work-horse no doubt, he'll charge through his opponent and tire them... it's good to point out the stamina here... in the fights is saw chavez, he had good stamina and seldom stopped punching...

that is what i mean, pacman definitely shows more one punch ability than mayweather. mayweather isn't a one punch knockout kind of guy, he is an accumulative punches kind of guy.

i am not saying mayweather is weak because he is not weak. shane mosley has a good knockout ratio too but i wouldnt call him a power puncher. he is strong but not a one punch knockout threat. back to mayweather, i think he has underrated power. chavez was clearly taking a lot of damage, enough so that the corner stopped it, which does still constitute a knockout I think. maybe not the way i worded it earlier though. mayweather did enough damage to chavez where chavez's corner didnt think it was best for him to continue. and i would think pacman would do this too. of course i am just a couple days removed from seeing him knock out erik morales, whom i think of as tougher than jesus chavez. barrera vs. morales 1 and 2 were quite explosive matches and they are two of the toughest boxers i have ever seen.

nah, that's one point you have messed up... pac fights fr boxing... does not engage in personal grudges and he's a sport... never hates... just fights everyone...

Well yes, but you never know, when PAC was interviewed on T.V. about the insult, you can see PAC wasn't pleased. I just have a gut feeling about this.
