Floyd Jnr would have perhaps held a belt for a period of time in Duran's era. We must remember that it was a Golden era with Duran and Leonard etc so we mustn't be unfair. Leonard and Duran were both very fast, could ****, were formidable boxers technically, and could adjust. The majority of Floyd's opponents only had one or two of these assets.Comment

How do you know? They just didn't have the detection system back then. Drugs have always been a big part of sports. Back in the black and white era boxers used to snort ******* between rounds. There have always been drugs in sport. Just because they couldn't detect them back then is no reason to assume they weren't taking them.Comment

Every fight is safe when you're Mayweather.Yeah because Duran didn't put a beating to SRL coming from Lightweight to Welterweight?? Did PBF faced the top dog at Welter when he we t up not only that a legend???
Pbf is a great figther but he has taken fights that are safe even now Alvarez not at 154 is not like PBF doesn't have a title there or has never fought anyone at that weight. Now for people to critizize his opinion thats just him. I do believe PBF deserve a los to Castillo 1.
PEople need to stop being so biased
People have short memories. What happened to the cries that ODH would batter Floyd? That Mosley would batter Floyd? That JMM would batter Floyd? That Hatton would batter Floyd? That Castillio would batter Floyd? That Baldomir would batter Floyd? People now act like they never stood a chance against Floyd but once upon a time people were screaming that Floyd was afraid of all these people. What happens? He wins, and in most cases makes it look easy, then everyone claims he's been "picking" his opponents even though he has pretty much cleared out every name in his weight range to the extent they're asking him to fight middleweights.Comment

If you don't think that much of the people floyd fought you are entitled to your opinion. If you think Guerrero and Ortiz are on the same level as the oponents I listed then its clear you either don't think highly of them because you don't know much about boxing or you are lowering them simply because floyd beat them.Comment

Oh my good god no, just no!Corrales, Castillo 1 and 2, Hatton, Mosley, Gatti, Genaro all define floyd's greatness. In any other sport the dominance of an athlete or team is a measure of their greatness and defines them. Only when discussing floyd does somehow this become a neagtive.
Can anyone imagine the 1927 Yankees, 86 Bears, Cael Sanderson, Edwin Moses, Secretariat, UCLA with Kareem, just to name a few, only being "defined" by close wins or losses?

Lol at the seige mentality of the floydiot.
