and if he fights them, it will be said that he's fighting bums again. Yet when Floyd does he's suddenly the best boxer that ever lived and this coming right after a decision win against Robert Guerrero aka "I wanted to quit against Yodan"; "I got beat up by Salido"; "I beat up Berto"

Floyd has been an illusion at 147 and 154. I mean it was Ortiz, quail fed and piss drunk JMM, Guerrero (I've said enough), Hatton "t-rex" arms competing at 147, washed up Cotto, Mosley. Four of these guys were coming up in weight. Not to mention his wins over Tata, Zab and the incredulous Sharmba Mitchell. He struggled against a mummy moving DLH. Now he wants Canelo to weigh in at 152 and I don't even know how Canelo makes 154.

Wtf are u going on about? Besides trout, every single one of those guys would be better than anyone canelo has ever faced. Stop talking like canelo has some outstanding resume.

I would hope so. They're welterweights. I know that's who Alvarez is used to fighting, but it doesn't mean much that he beats them.

He doesn't. Not even close but neither does Mayweather at above 140 but when you have knowledgeable broadcasters like Paulie talking about Mayweather being the best ever after a decision win against the Ghost, it's really, sad, embarrassing and pathetic!

Oh gosh. U bellyaching? We've heard it all before. But this time u used canelo like he's some shining example. How about this, name 5 fighters at 147 and 154 who are active and have a better resume than Floyd at 147-154.

Budd he already beat Mosley and Tata way worse than Mayweather. Again, both of them have **** resumes but as of late Trout's win is bigger than a win over Guerrero, can't even see how you can argue that in favor of Mayweather

How convenient? Where was Mayweather when Cotto, Pacquiao, Margarito and PWill were active at 147 and killing everybody. When you have Hatton as your best win at 147. Common man!

The difference is, Does Canelo obliterate Mayweather

I guess we'll have to wait and see. . . But lets say for example Mayweather schools Canelo and it's a pretty UD shut out, then what? Is Canelo automatically relegated to the bums list?

Personally I don't think so, but almost by your logic he would be.

And yes as previously stated, these are welterweights, he should beat them.
