The first fight was set up by an MMA promotion to show Nicaragua that MMA is better than boxing, sort of their Toney vs Coulure. But like Sylvia vs Toney the event backfired and Mayorga won, so they threw a hissy fit and reversed the win. Seriously, how often do you see decisions reversed? The whole thing was a sham.

Didn't Mayorga win by kneeing someone in the back though? seems like a legit reason to overturn that I didn't think that was allowed in MMA.

Pretty weak kinda like how the other guy did james toney. Pretty much just the mmgay guy admitting he can't fight standup. Id like to see one of these guys try to win on their feet using their kicks and knees and spinning back slaps. Although they have by repeatedly kicking the boxer in the shins another gay way out. But yeah clearly boxing is not the best way to win a no holds barred fight but we already knew that

A young athletic Mayorga would destroy this bum MMA guy. Also Mayorga is shot to hell and way over weight. This fight was at 175 lbs, thats light heavy weight in boxing. Mayorga is a walking corpse and typical MMA propagnda want to make a name off a fallen boxer.

Only MMA ******s took this fight seriously. Mayorga is 40 and in the worst shape of his life. He won his first fight and they reversed the decision. The sport of MMA is corrupt as ****. It's like ******** in a casino. Even if you win big the casino will find some way to take the money off you.
