From what is being gathered from the news, Pac has lost his discipline and not as focused in boxing. He may still beat Rios as Rios is the one moving up in weight; ergo, the smaller guy. Additionally, Rio's style fits like a glove for Pac. Pac will win in a less than sensational manner.
