Lol so I guess everyone was right about Berto being a hype job. His career is done, as far as big fights go, similar to how Juan Manuel Lopez ended up like. Ain't it funny how when these boxers turn to Virgil Hunter for training, they end up sucking more than they already did (Khan,Berto)

I'll give Berto his props for showing one hell of a great heart and that alone was pretty damn impressive.

Berto looks like one of those rock-em sock-em plastic robots. The bigger (muscle) Berto has gotten, the worse of a boxer he has become. He also looked to be very tight coming in to the fight, which obviously makes it easier to tear muscles and dislocate joints when your muscle bound (and throwing for the fences, missing and ending up throwing yourself to the ground doesn't help). Boxers aren't meant to be body builders and body builders aren't meant to be boxers. Simple as. Seems Berto might be addicted to the weight lifting. And to be honest, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Andre popped up dirty again.

I read a comment from some guy who spoke to JSK yesterday, who told him that the drug testing for this fight was extremely lax. Then when you consider that this was a true cross-roads fight for Berto, and that he showed about the best stamina he ever has, well......

Berto looked awful tonight. He's way too muscular. He showed a lot of heart but you could see Soto Karass was just better tonight. I'm hoping he calls it a career... I can't see him coming back from these losses.

              undercards may do berto good

Hes still stuck tryna fight in that athletic showing offf stance with fast punches, problem is he has weak defense, he refuses to keep his hands up even in trouble, i commend him for his heart he is always in wars but i just wish he wud perform to his potential.....maybe some undercards will help him check his ego at the door at get back to basics.....soto karass deserves another good fight at the very least cong**** to him he fougjt better then guerrero did i think he wud dog hom

don't believe boxrec heights. they are laughable. guerrero was only a little taller than floyd and floyd was only a little taller than hatton who is technically a midget.

I have my own rule for professional sports, whatever their height is listed at drop an inch and a half for a more accurate height.
