Margarito couldn't cut off the ring on Manny and when he did he paid too heavy a price to get there. If Rios can cut the ring off he should be more effective than margarito because of his better timing, defense and power. And before manny could take a bat to the face and keep punching or at least fake that he isn't hurt but I don't see that happening anymore. I still thnk his hand speed power and quickness on his feet is gonna iniolate Rios tho.

The only time he cut the ring off was against those kids at LW. As soon as he moved up he was chasing them around the ring.

If Pac is any where close to form, Bam Bam is getting Margarito'd if not worse...Alvarado rocked him a couple times in that 2nd fight so it's hard to believe Pac won't do better. I give Bam Bam a punchers chance at best.

Rios is easy to decision if you keep out of his reach. He's as tough as any if you want to fight. Quicker than Margarito, slips punches and does not bust up. I would favour Rios over Matthysse/Garcia. But Bradley would decision Rios. So boxing goes!

All reports say that Pac is pretty out of shape at the moment, not good. I'd check the odds on Rios, it's probably a good bet.

The only thing that makes this fight interesting is Pac HAS to win by KO. That is if he wants his stock to rise, a decision is not going to cut it. Rios is hard to bring down without body work something Pacs not exactly known for. It will be similar to the Margarito in both will take a whole lot of damage.
