Antonio DeMarco (28-3-1, 21KOs), the former lightweight world champion of World Boxing Council (WBC), is preparing to return after eight months of inactivity. The boxer has parted ways with promoter Gary Shaw, he has new goals and leaves the loss to Adrien Broner behind him. DeMarco is preparing under the orders of his trainer Romulo Quirarte and he will probably fight in no more than a month, which is something that motivates him despite having no opponent or venue. DeMarco plans to explore his options at the junior welterweight division.
