Love didn't take a PED, he took a "Banned Substance".

Not that I condone it, just wanted to point out the technicality.

IMO "Banned Substances" and "PEDs" aren't one in the same. PED's are under the umbrella of banned substances, along with other substances like narcotics, diuretics, etc.
