Chris Byrd: "Joe Hanks is the future of HW Boxing"

Everybody talks about who the the best american HW is.....Could Joe "The Future" Hanks be that man??? He's up against Andy Ruiz on Saturday. I've only see a few clips of him on youtube against C and D level boxers so I don't know much about him.

Chris Byrd thinks this guy is the package of HW....Is Mr Byrd only being nice hyping him up or do ya'll believe Chris truly believes this dude is the real deal????

Haven't seen much of Hanks. I have seen Ruiz though and that big man has some skills. You'd think with a body like Arreola he wouldn't be able to move well but from what I've seen his footwork is solid.

I'll have to look into hanks see if I can find some fights, I only recall seeing a quick KO of his.

It's so hard to determine how good Hank is. Like someone said before, he hasn't had as much exposure and his resume is filled with nothing impressive.

I've seen Hanks before and he isn't good at all, he fights really really stiff, like a clone of Shannon Briggs, the old version and not the young!

Hanks hasn't done anything to set himself apart, Andy Ruiz Jr has some good handspeed and a bit of talent but he's really poorly conditioned so I find it hard to take him seriously, if he really wanted it he'd be in shape, it's unprofessional to look like that.

I have only heard about him, if he beats Ruiz in good fashion then he does have potential.
