Too much pride, like Khan in the Garcia fight. Guys try to get up quick and act like they just slipped instead of giving themselves a few precious seconds to recover as much as possible before standing (or trying to stand). Berto can complain about not getting an 8 count but he looked out on his stool right after the ref ended it, let alone out on his feet.
