Tim Bradley:No Drug Testing No Fight!!

I wonder what is Marquez's side of the story on this.

There is no reason why Marquez should go on some type of drug testing for this fight cause now it is almost standard on any big event and leaves no questions.

As far as I'm concerned I think this is in the contract and Bradley even if he doesn't fight will get paid some how

i honestly do not blame him. marquez hooked up with a notorious steroid guru and went throug puberty again. he is on the gear.


take this from NE, a 230 lb weightlifter with heavy bones:
what marquez did was impossible. you can't do it naturally


a 38 year old cannot overhaul his body in 12 weeks like that while maintaining a full boxing training camp with roadwork and sparring. it is IMPOSSIBLE. your body will break down and you won't be able to build the muscle. it's only possible with PEDS.

the amount of lean muscle marquez put on while approaching 40 would take years naturally. your body does not grow like that in middle age.

Sorry my friend, but you w/the statements that you made, you show that you know absolutely dlck about training, nutrition and human physiology, not to mention supplementation. Marquez MAYBE put on 7-9 lbs of lean mass. This is not much if you are training, eating and supplementing the right way...even for a 40 year old. You act like the guy gained 25 lbs of muscle or something. He did a simple recomp(lose fat while gaining lean mass). Not that big a deal.

While I believe in fairness, why is everyone against Marquez for all of a sudden looking outstanding??

Why was it so hard to believe that back in 09...That Pacquiao was roided up, he gained weight, got FASTER instead of slower, kept his power, head got bigger, had a much better chin and stamina didn't seem to be a factor at all anymore.

Also if the Ko of Pacquiao scares you...Hasn't Pacquiao been knocked out 3 times before?? Doesn't Marquez already have 35+ Ko's before Pac.

It's already been stated by Top Rank that this is the first time that the NSAC is going to do Olympic style drug testing. Bradley wanted VADA and USADA to do testing. Apparently Top Rank did a deal with the Nevada State Athletic Commission for them to do this type of testing for the first time ever with Top Rank footing the bill.

The testing has been agreed upon, Bradley is not saying he's going to pull out of the fight.

Bradley was just interviewed yesterday where he stated again that his contract says both fighters will be tested by USADA and VADA..He also stated that if this does not happen it's a breach of contract and the fight is off..
