How do you know Danny doesn't speak Spanish? I know there is a rumor going around boxingscene from the Danny haters saying that. But has anybody actually asked him that in an interview? Ive never heard him speak Spanish but that doesn't mean he cant.

This is common. Guerrero speak a tiny bit of spanish, but his dad usually yells at him in his corner only in spanish. I bet this is the same with Danny; his parents are fluent and probably spoke it to him growing up, but he never retained his fluency. It happens to a lot of kids whose parents are immigrants.

I bet Danny understands a good amount of conversational spanish, just that he is rusty/can't speak well.

I had a PR roomate in college like that. Dude never spoke Spanish and if you asked about some words, he could hardly tell you but as soon as one of his parents called, he was speaking fluent. He said it was just the way his brain worked, he had to be in a conversation with another Spanish speaking individual.

I agree, but if it was that clear without some sort of reasoning, why does the loss on Khans record still stand?

I would have to think it would be overturned and ruled No Contest, correct?

It still shows a W for Peterson. I'm sure there's people smarter than me that investigated and somehow came to the conclusion that it was still a legit win for Peterson.

No, I predicted Peterson would win before the fight. But I still acknowledged the TRT situation afterwards and thought that was fcuked up that the commission didn't even catch Peterson before the fight. But the powers that be still have it as a legit win for Peterson which has to stand for something.
