It would suck if they robbed Floyd when he didn't deserve, not that I like Floyd but boxing comes first. It was crap when they counted Scott out early last weekend too and I hated the Marquez (Pac III) and Bradley (Pac) robberies. At the end of the day, right is right, and wrong is wrong.

dont you think it will be better for boxing though? floyd will start taking risks because he won't have to protect his 0. he will have to beat some good fighters in order to prove he was in fact great and not just cherry picking all along. bring on the robbery although that seems impossible for a drained canelo to even win a round.

how do you get that? i want floyd to fight good opposition and losing is the best way to do that. winning against hand picked opponents over and over again won't make him fight good fighters. he's just gonna keep doing that because fans keep buying and showtime keeps letting him. if he loses he will be forced to fight someone good you would think. who knows if he loses he might dial back the level of opposition even more in order not to lose again lol. you never know with floyd.

So getting robbed is good for the sport?

How did Pac and JMM getting robbed better the sport for you? Now we get to pay to see even lesser opposition? Is that better?

It will end 75$ PPV's, that'll be great for the sport.

I think he would cherry-pick and load the pre-fight advantages with or without his 0. I don't see a robbery making much difference.

It'd bring shame on to the sport

All eyes are on boxing that night, what better event to showcase that boxing can go one fight without dodgy decisions?

As a boxing fan i'd think everyone would want to see a good night of boxing

Floyd haters are some of the worst fans ive ever seen

yes, if it leads to floyd fighting good opposition in the future. we will never get good fights as long as floyd has that 0. he will continue protecting it with easy fights. if he doesn't have an 0 he has nothing to protect. if he doesn't have that 0 he won't turn down 100 million dollars to duck people and fight bums for 30 million.

it would suck for floyd in the short term but in the long term it might make him a historically greater fighter. if he fights top opposition after losing he has a good chance at becoming greater than what he is thought of right now. most people rate elite wins over undefeated records. 1 loss with some elite wins goes farther than a bunch of b level wins, and even if he does lose by robbery people will just say it was a robbery like oscar-trinidad, pac-bradley etc...it won't effect his all time great status much.
