would feel sorry for boxing though, these robberies hurt the sport
he lost to Castillo over a decade ago, he's not really unbeaten
personally, since Pac's done, Floyd losing again doesn't matter

I can see this happening too. Golden Boy has scammed Alvarez to this point, why not use a scam to get him one more level? Wouldn't surprise me if Mayweather was in on it, either. Despite clearly winning 9 rounds, he'd talk about how Alvarez was the toughest fight he ever had and that he has no complaints, he just wants a rematch.
