I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Soto-Karass beat him, he is a very underrated fighter in my opinion

Nah, Timmy is down in the low 160's right now......he just wanted to make the Ruslan fight a fair one so he packed on the pounds.

Berto not the best fighter out there but he allways comes to fight and puts on a good show.
