At this point in Cotto's career, I wouldn't be surprised if Rod beats him; possibly by stoppage

Delvin has lost some fights he should have won. He's an above average fighter. The type of level fighter Cotto should be able to look good against if he has anything left.

Really Cotto you're going to get in there with much bigger guys because you don't want to make 147? This guy used to be my favorite boxer, and he still is all time but everything post Floyd... it's just sad to see. I'm actually going to pick against Cotto for only the 2nd time, (Floyd was my first.)
He can beat smaller guys like Floyd who can't absorb his punches and he can break them down faster than he does from crap stamina. At 154 if his opponent isn't lacking power (foreman) shot to **** (Mayorga) or blind (Margarito) he isn't going to win. He has good power still, even for 154, but it's "Floyd" power if you will. It hurts and you don't want to keep getting hit but his power will never keep you from winning. Floyd still has speed/reflexes etc... Cotto's best asset is his power, that's out the window in every fight he has at 154. They need to make this a 150 CW to help Cotto get back to 147 form. At WW I would favor him over nearly anyone not named Floyd, but at 154 I don't see him beating anyone even this guy.
