Comments Thread For: Kameda vs Apolinario Early Results From Tokyo

Koki Kameda squares off against Philippines' John Mark Apolinario in the 7th defense of his bantamweight belt Tuesday evening at Tokyo Big Sight in Tokyo, Japan.

The bout is set to air live on TBS Tokyo.

Kameda (30-1, 17KO) has endured back-to-back split decision wins in his two most recent title defenses. A three-division titlist, the 26-year old appears to be filled out at bantamweight but remains as brash as ever as he looks to extend his current eight-fight win streak.

Apolinario (17-2-3, 4KO) endures his third consecutive road trip. His previous two fights have resulted in a pair of 12-round draw verdicts with former flyweight titlist Roberto 'La Araņa' Vasquez, taking place in Argentina and Panama. Amazingly, Apolinario has been forced to settle for a draw in three of his last four contests.

Perfect "title" defense for Kameda: no way Apolinario had the punch to hurt him, and no way Apolinario was ever going to get a decision vs Kameda in Tokyo

          farce

          It was fixed game.

Apolinario completion 12 rounds mass boxing.

Deplorably, Etsuko Tada lose her champion belt at the same ring. It was very strange decision.

Too lucky Anabel Ortiz became new champion. She contracted with Kameda and was really good. It was ****** and silly way. But she was able to return to the world champion.

This is a way of Kameda.

Japanese fans recommend this female fight "Robbery Of the Year 2013".

          Viva WBA! Viva Kameda!
