it is listed as erik morales being 5 feet 8 inches and pacman 5 feet 6 1/2....

If anyone else watched the post fight interview with larry merchant and believe it or not merchant is 5 feet 8 inches tall. I saw how small pacman looked compared to merchant and then when they switched it over to morales erik was at least 2 inches taller then larry...I saw the interviews of pretty boy floyd with larry merchant and floyd seems to be close to pacmans height and he looks really small compared to larry merchant and yet floyd is listed at 5 feet 8 inches?

The reason I ask this is do some boxer lie about there height? some boxers who are taller make themselfs smaller to make it seems they dont have much of an advantage...and some of the shorter guys like to add an inch or two Ala SHANE MOSLEY and pretty boy floyd.

I remember emmanuel steward talking about this on an hbo fight with jim lampley a couple years back...I forget which fight it was.

remember the best way to tell is to look at the post fight interviews cause the fighters are in boxing shoes and you can compare them with the 5 feet 8 merchant.

Can you guys drop some more names of fighters who you think lie about there height?

I met Merchent as well, and woudn't be suprized if he was 5'6. He's very short too.

First you said raheem will never make weight or fight at 130 like you are him, now just because you stood next to morales and your 5 feet 11 probally taller say he is not 5 feet 9 inches tall? come on dog sometimes I stand next to people 1 inch taller then me and feel like im the same height or taller until i see the picture of us.....the post fight interviews tell the truth side by side larry is 5 feet 8 and mayweather was shorter then him, and they list mayweather at 5 feet 8 so no way can larry be 5 feet 6 then that would make floyd 5 feet4 or 5 feet 5...do you see the logic in that man? so just cause you stood next to them or just met them doesnt mean the post fight interview is inaccurate...its obvious morales was taller then merchant.
